This course teaches students to search, sort, filter, archive, retrieve, and categorize e-mail messages. They will also learn how to create and manage rules, customize message alerts, and utilize Outlook to collaborate and share information with others.
This course provides an understanding of Outlook that goes beyond the basics for those with little or no experience using email client or personal information management applications.
