Ed Sattar has spent over 15 years as an entrepreneur driving business performance in the real estate, oil & gas and web-services sectors. Sattar started a real estate investment operation in 1990 with portfolio of investments exceeding $20 million in FDIC, REO and Tax foreclosed assets. |
| In 1996, Sattar founded RESUSA, an online business-to-business information portal that integrated data from over 300 tax assessor collectors in the Southwest region of the US. The portal published delinquent tax foreclosed property data, which was made, published and subscribed via the web. Sattar authored the book “How to Purchase Tax Liens and Tax Deeds Certificates” and held seminars on how to become a successful real estate investor.Sattar also co-founded and funded AustinCityGuide.com, a company targeting the hospitality industry. In 1997, he founded 360training and leveraged his real estate experience to develop and implement adult learning theories for online delivery of real estate education along with three other core compliance vertical markets of insurance and financial services, hospitality education and technical skills. He has done extensive research and consulting on both fronts, to education providers and regulatory agencies. During his tenure in the e-learning space, he has identified key criteria and standards that are currently being published and implemented, which establishes equal footing for providers of distance learning to abide by when seeking approval of distance learning courses. Sattar studied electrical engineering and finance at the University of Texas at Austin. |
Michael Mariano

As CFO, Michael Mariano is responsible for leading 360training.com’s mergers and acquisitions, finance, accounting and reporting, strategic planning and analysis, tax and auditing practices. Mariano brings more than twenty years of progressive financial, revenue, accounting and operational management experience in the manufacturing, hardware, marketing and software industries. |
| Throughout his career, Mariano has provided strategic guidance to numerous mid-size and enterprise organizations, developing forward-looking financial plans, designing and implementing financial tools to manage growth, leading contract negotiations, proposing appropriate capital structures and debt structuring activities. Prior to joining 360training, Michael was a virtual CFO with VCFO Inc., and has held numerous executive management positions for CreditMinders, Inc., G2 Financial, Pavilion Technologies, S2 Systems and Stratus Computer, where he saw the company through from a private R&D corporation to a $500M organization, including a $300M initial public offering. Michael earned his BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts. |
Jeff Leiken
SVP, Workforce Training

Leiken is Senior Vice President of Workforce Training. Prior to joining 360training, Leiken was the Director of Industrial Skills Training for Coastal Training Technologies Corporation a leading developer of interactive training programs for safety, human resources, healthcare and maintenance. |
| Leiken spent twelve years with Coastal and also served as their National Sales Manager and Director for Clarity Multimedia. Leiken was involved in Coastal’s initial development and sales of CD-ROM based training programs in the early 90’s and helped transition training from CD-ROM to online. Leiken holds a BA in Business from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois. |

Albert Lilly

Lilly is currently VP of Marketing for 360training where he is responsible for corporate and web marketing, new business development and product marketing for 360training and subsidiary companies. |
| Lilly joined 360training as a co-founder where he began the company’s hospitality business unit Learn2Serve.com from start-up to a nationally recognized brand serving over 8000 online users monthly in various industry educational topics. Prior to 360training, Lilly served in various sales, marketing and PR roles with PR Newswire, ROSS Communications and IBM/Tivoli. Lilly holds a BA in Speech Communications from the University of Texas at Austin. |
Jason Burns

Jason Burns is currently Vice President of Technology and Product Development for 360training.com where he leads the product development lifecycle, corporate information technology and production initiatives. |
| Prior to joining 360training.com, Jason Burns was the Director of Solution Architecture for Alliance Consulting. As a senior member and co-founder of the commercial software practice, he managed global delivery teams and oversaw all aspects of commercial software projects within the practice. Jason’s core strength and experience has been in building industry leading e-learning products in various roles that he performed with Thomson Learning, NETg and KnowledgetNet. Jason studied computer science at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. |
Lois Rouder, VP of Operations and Professional Services

Lois Rouder is currently Vice President of Operations and Professional Services for 360training.com where she leads the Product Management, Product Development, Customer Support, Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation initiatives and the newly-formed B2B Professional Services Organization with operations across the globe. |
| Most recently, Rouder founded and ran Dell’s Education Services Division which was in their services portfolio. Under Rouders’ leadership, the Education team grew to a $120 million dollar enterprise in less than 5 years and was awarded one of the “Top 10 Best New Certifications in the Industry,” from Certification Magazine. During her 20+ years in the industry, Rouder has held leading roles in Apple’s Higher Ed and K-12 Technical Sales Organization as well as Dell’s North American Education Technical Sales Organization. Lois earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas State University graduating Summa Cum Laude. She has also participated in executive and masters-level coursework at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and the University of Texas at Austin. |
