Ed has over 20 years of experience as a dynamic executive in creating profitable businesses in the internet technology, e-learning, compliance and real estate space.Ed founded a commercial real estate investment business in 1991 with portfolio of investments ranging up to $25 million in FDIC, REO and Tax foreclosed assets. Ed also co-founded and funded AustinCityGuide.com, Digitizingexperts.com and HIPPA Compliance.
In 2000, he launched 360training and leveraged his experience to develop and implement adult learning theories, risk and compliance technologies in real estate education along with other industries such as Insurance & financial services, hospitality education, technical skills and health-care education.
He has done extensive research and consulting on both fronts: to education providers, state and federal regulatory agencies. During his tenure in the e-learning space, he has identified key criteria and compliance standards that are currently being published and implemented, which establishes equal footing for providers of distance learning to abide by when seeking approval of e-learning programs.
As CFO, Michael is responsible for leading 360training.com's mergers and acquisitions, finance, accounting and reporting, strategic planning and analysis, tax and auditing practices. Michael brings more than twenty years of progressive financial, revenue, accounting and operational management experience in the manufacturing, hardware, marketing and software industries.Throughout his career, Michael has provided strategic guidance to numerous mid-size and enterprise organizations, developing forward-looking financial plans, designing and implementing financial tools to manage growth, leading contract negotiations, proposing appropriate capital structures and debt structuring activities. Prior to joining 360training.com, Michael was a virtual CFO with VCFO Inc., and has held numerous executive management positions for CreditMinders, Inc., G2 Financial, Pavilion Technologies, S2 Systems and Stratus Computer, where he saw the company through from a private R&D corporation to a $500M organization, including a $300M initial public offering. Michael earned his BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts.
Ron joined Education Dynamics, the largest Interactive Marketing and Information Services Company serving more than 1,800 institutions worldwide, in 2011. He has been instrumental in transforming the organization by becoming a vertically integrated prospect delivery company and shifting the focus away from a high volume, low converting lead generation company. Prior to joining Education Dynamics, Ron spent 8 years working for Kaplan Inc., the leading provider of education with operations in over 30 countries and revenues of $2.9b. Ron most recently served as President of Kaplan Continuing Education, which included IT certificate prep, Fire and EMS and certificates in healthcare, IT, business and finance.
Ron currently sits on the Board of Directors at SoftRock, London School of International Business Studies, Chat Impact and Help Children International. He is President of SAT LLC.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.
After serving on 360training.com's Corporate Advisory Board for over 10 years, Vasu has been had input on the company's technological infrastructure since launching in 1997. The new executive leads 360training.com's Engineering, Project Management Office (PMO), Quality Assurance (QA), Custom Software, and Network Operations teams.Vasu has over 25 years of IT experience ranging from applications development to process creation and deployment, to business transformation. His roles ranged from that of Product Manager at Microsoft, Chief Architect at GM, to Applications CTO for American Airlines. In his last role at Hewlett Packard, Vasu managed a major data center migration project for an offshore banking organization. He was accountable for customer relationship, execution and increasing sales/revenues from this client through auxiliary projects.
360training.com's new CTO graduated with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and graduate degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Computer Science Engineering (MSCSE).
Jeff is Senior Vice President of Workforce Training. Prior to joining 360training.com, Jeff was the Director of Industrial Skills Training for Coastal Training Technologies Corporation a leading developer of interactive training programs for safety, human resources, healthcare and maintenance.
Jeff spent twelve years with Coastal and also served as their National Sales Manager and Director for Clarity Multimedia. Jeff was involved in Coastal's initial development and sales of CD-ROM based training programs in the early 90's and helped transition training from CD-ROM to online. Jeff holds a BA in Business from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois.
Clyde leads the Operations team, which includes Product Management, Product Development, Customer Support, Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation and B2B Professional Services. This is a global team with operations in Asia-Pacific as well as North America. He has previously held operational positions at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, a global leader in K-12 education.
Prior to his involvement in education, Clyde was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, a global strategic consultancy known for its cutting edge thinking and value creation for clients. He started his career in the public sector, working within the Ministry of Finance in Trinidad and Tobago (similar to the US Treasury Department). He holds an MBA and a Masters in Economics from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
