How much do 360training programs cost?
We offer per-credit, per-employee and per-program pricing plans to meet our clients' varying needs. Which of these plans is the most cost-effective depends on the number of employees you intend to train, how many training programs each employee will take, and whether your organization has a learning management system (LMS). How long does it take an employee to complete a typical program?
We know that your employees' time is valuable, and we've taken this into account in the design of our programs. Depending on the program and an employee's pace, 360training training programs typically take no more than 45 minutes, start to finish.
Who writes 360training's programs?
360training's team of authors and editors represents a broad spectrum of backgrounds, experience, and disciplines. Our team includes legal educators, practicing attorneys, government regulators, noted lecturers, and published experts — all working together to create comprehensive, readable compliance training content. Each 360training program is written by an experienced lawyer-writer and edited or co-authored by an expert in the field.
Do our computers need to be equipped with special hardware or software in order to use the programs?
No. 360training programs offer interactivity without annoying downloads and plug-ins. The programs run on any web-connected computer with a standard web browser (version 5.5 or higher).
Do we need a high-speed connection to the Internet?
Definitely not. Most of our programs are designed to run on a low-bandwidth connection so that they can be used by employees while overseas or in other areas with limited connectivity. Employees working in home-offices and abroad will have the same training experience as employees working in the organization's headquarters.
How can I track my employees' usage of 360training's programs?
Built into every 360training program is access to a web-based tracking tool that enables you or other company representatives to assign compliance training programs to employees, track their usage, and set up automatic e-mail reminders.
What kind of learning management system (LMS) does 360training use?
360training programs come with their own compliance-specific, user-friendly LMS. If your company already has an LMS, you can launch and track our programs from that system, as well.
Can we launch and track 360training programs from our existing LMS?
Yes. Because 360training programs are designed to AICC and SCORM specifications (the industry standards for interoperable e-learning), they integrate seamlessly with standards-compliant learning management systems.
What if we don't want to know how our employees scored on the quiz?
360training's built-in learning management system is customizable. You can configure it to report whatever level of scoring detail your organization wishes to see.
What do you mean that 360training's compliance training programs are "customizable"?
Good question. While many online training providers promise customizability, what they really offer is very limited, often times to no more than you’re a company logo.
In contrast, 360training's business ethics and compliance content is 100% customizable. Use our patented content-delivery system to customize any part of our standard programs — text, graphics, quiz questions and answers, user feedback — however and whenever you want to, as often as you see fit. Some of our clients have edited the program content to emphasize issues of particular importance to them. Others have custom-tailored the quiz questions and answers to make them organization-specific. Changes can be made from any web browser and are immediately available enterprise-wide. Can we change the testing portion of the product so that it is not in the form of a game?
Yes. While 360training offers your employees five different interactive quiz/games or a straightforward quiz, our administrative tools give you the power to override these choices and offer the quiz alone or dispense with the quiz entirely.
What happens if the law changes during the term of our license?
360training's editorial team monitors changes in the law closely. We revise content as needed and make updates available at no additional charge.
What if there's a course my company needs that 360training doesn't offer?
360training has created many custom business ethics and compliance training programs for our clients. If there are special programs that your organization is looking for, we would be pleased to work with you to create them. Our team of attorney-authors can help you write new materials or re-shape existing content to fit our template.
Can we use some of the training materials we already have?
How do 360training's online training programs fit with our Code of Conduct?
For many organizations, their first foray into business ethics and compliance training is publishing a Code of Conduct and requiring employees to read and sign it before putting it into their bottom desk drawer. A much more engaging and enduring way to accomplish the same thing is to put the Code of Conduct online and create a training program around it with 360training's training games.
