In this course, you will learn how managers can hinder workplace harassment from occurring. This course will also help you determine when accommodations should be made for a disabled employee.Finally, this course concludes with a discussion of functional diversity and diversity in the workforce. You will learn how best to go about hiring high-quality, diverse employees. This course will also shed light on some of the many benefits of a diverse workforce, while also teaching you some of the interview strategies you should employ when speaking to diverse candidates.

- Define “disability,” as outlined by the ADA.
