Military Spouses Can Get Free Career Training at Meditec through the MyCAA Program Grants
July 7, 2010, Austin, TX – Meditec, one of the nation’s leading providers of online courses for the healthcare and legal support industries, is working in conjunction with the Department of Defense to provide free training to military spouses – the entire cost is covered by a grant.
Through the DoD’s expanded Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts (MyCAA) program, military spouses who are approved for the program can get comprehensive online training in the medical and legal fields from Meditec at no cost to themselves. The MyCAA program offers up to $6,000 for training to military spouses and activated Guard and Reserve Service members who wish to pursue in-demand and highly portable careers.
Meditec works closely with the MyCAA program to open doors for military spouses to find lucrative and portable careers. Since healthcare and legal support jobs are on the rise, it makes sense for military spouses to take advantage of Meditec’s offerings. Meditec prides itself for its reputation of delivering quality educational materials that have been developed by top authoritative subject matter experts.
Moreover, Meditec courses offer great flexibility. Students only need a computer and an Internet connection in order to finish their training anytime, anywhere, at their own pace. These courses are ideal for those who need to relocate frequently.
