Description

CIPTV2 Bridge: Implementing Cisco IP Telephony & Video, Part 2 is a three-day, instructor-led course with hands-on labs that provides an option if you have taken the CCNP Voice CIPT2 course, or if you are otherwise familiar with the content of that course, to learn the new material added to CIPTV2 to cover the latest CSR 10.6 technology. The CIPTV2 Bridge course is a “delta” course designed for students who have taken CIPT1 v8.0 and want to upgrade their knowledge and/or take the CIPTV2 exam to upgrade their “CCNP Voice’ certification to “CCNP Collaboration”.

Prerequisites

  • Working knowledge of fundamental terms and concepts of computer networking, including LANs, WANs, switching and routing
  • Ability to configure and operate Cisco routers and switches
  • Ability to configure and operate Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) in a single-site environment
  • Equivalent knowledge to the CIPT2 course:

    • Good understanding of CUCM administration including initial setup
    • Experience deploying endpoints and users
    • Familiar with dial plans
