Terminal Objective: The trainee shall describe the basics relationships of kV, MVAR, MW, and voltage control devices.
- Enabling Objective: The trainee shall list what provides MVAR support to raise voltage or lower voltage when switched "in".
- Enabling Objective: The trainee shall list what resources provide negative MVAR to lower voltage.
- Enabling Objective: The trainee shall explain the measurement units, terms, and relationships between current, voltage, power, and MVARS.
Terminal Objective: The trainee shall describe the use of voltage control resources and use thereof in the attendee's system.
- Enabling Objective: The trainee shall distinguish between active and static voltage control sources.
- Enabling Objective: The trainee shall explain what types of resources are MVAR Producers or MVAR Consumers.

NERC CE: If you selected this option at the course launch, your credits will automatically be reported for NERC CE through the NERC SOCCED reporting tool. In case of reporting failure, your credits would be manually reported within 48 hours. It is important to provide the correct License Number in order to obtain the completion certificate and get reported. You can also use this Certificate for PDH Reporting and reporting to any other Regulator (example PJM, etc.).
RCEP: If you selected this option at the course launch, you will NOT receive a certificate directly from the training page. Instead, your credits will be reported to RCEP and you would receive a certificate from them through email.
360training: If you selected this option at the course launch, you are seeking NO credit reporting. The training you are taking is for professional development only. You will receive a generic 360 certificate.
