FAQs

New York Pre-License Final Exam and Proctor Instructions

At the end of the 75-hour New York Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License course, students are required to pass the course final exam with a score of 70% or higher. NYSDOS requires the final course exam to be supervised (or "proctored") to maintain the integrity of the exam. Typically, that means scheduling an in-person test with a proctor at an approved proctor facility.

In addition to the above, NYSDOS requires all final exams to be taken with a proctor in the state of NY. There is no exception to this rule.

Students taking their course through 360training.com can schedule an appointment at our approved proctor facility by clicking here.

NOTE: The final exam is closed book and must be passed in 2 attempts or less. Re-attempts will require rescheduling at the proctor facility (additional fee will be applicable).

Should you have any questions or require assistance in scheduling, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
