About this Package

The Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) requires 12 hours of continuing education every year between July 1st and June 30th. This Indiana CE Renewal Package contains everything you need to meet this year's continuing education requirements as a non-managing broker.

In these IPLA-approved courses, you'll increase your knowledge of both federal and state fair housing laws, so you can avoid accidentally violating their guidelines. You'll also learn about environmental hazards that may affect property value and must be disclosed to buyers. Finally, you'll discover the potential rights held by real property owners, and the land use controls that government ordinances, codes, and permit requirements impose.

You need to score a 70% or higher on the final exam of each course to receive credit. Once you're done, you'll get a certificate of completion right away. You should download or print your certificates and store them in a safe place – you'll need to enter the information on each certificate into Indiana's licensing portal.

Note: this package does NOT fulfill the requirements for managing brokers, who need four hours devoted to managing broker education. If you act as a manager or work as a sole proprietor, this package doesn't meet your needs.

FAQs

How do I know you're an IPLA-approved course provider?

You can find us on the IPLA's list of approved CE providers. Our Indiana sponsor IDs are CE10600531 and CE10600532.

How fast can I get through Continuing Education courses?

You won't be allowed to get credit for more than 8 hours of CE a day, so the 12 hours a year needs to be distributed across at least 2 days.

What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?

Each year's continuing education has to be taken during the "CE year" – between July 1st and June 30th. They need to be reported every third year with your renewal application.

How are yearly deadlines enforced if I only report every third year?

You can be subject to a random compliance audit from the IPLA. If they discover you haven't followed the requirements and deadlines, penalties could be harsh. They can levy fines as large as $5,000.

The IPLA doesn't offer extensions on CE, only waivers. Waivers are only available to brokers who spend at least a year of the renewal cycle serving in the military or incapacitated by an illness or injury.

When do my courses expire?

Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use

What if I need a refund for my training course?

If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:

  • Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
  • You have NOT:
    • Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
    • Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
    • Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.

If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.

You can find more information about our refund policy here.
