Real estate professionals whose licenses remain expired for more than 6 months may be required to take more courses and go through the exam and licensing procedure again. North Carolina Real Estate Commission, requires that the course must be completed within 30 days of the date of registration. If you do not complete your course within 30 days of the date of registration, your course will expire out and become inaccessible in your profile.
