1. Complete Montana Pre-Licensing Coursework Online
Effective Nov 1, 2020, the Montana Board of Realty Regulation (BRR) requires 70 hours of real estate fundamentals with an approved provider before you can apply for your real estate license.
Online Montana pre-licensing courses cut out the commute of a normal classroom. That also allows you to work through the material at your own pace, on your own schedule.
2. Pass Your Final Exam
Once you get a passing grade of 70% or higher on your final, you'll get your certificate of completion as proof of the credits you've earned.
3. Prepare for the Montana Licensing Exam
The BRR requires you to submit your license application within 24 months of completing your pre-license course and within 12 months of passing your license exam. Since the pre-license course covers the material of your exam, we recommend you schedule the exam at the earliest date you feel prepared.
We can help there, too! Our exam prep course covers the same topics as the official exam. We'll help you study so you can tackle the state licensing exam with confidence and ace it on your first attempt.
