Arizona Continuing Education Packages
Complete Arizona Continuing Education Coursework Online
The Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) requires you to renew your real estate license every two years (24 months). You need to meet a minimum number of continuing education hours with an approved provider, and those hours must be distributed across specific categories.
Our packages are designed to make your CE foolproof and convenient. You'll meet ADRE's exacting requirements—whenever you have time, wherever you have internet access.
Just select the right package for your license type.
The Broker CE Package is required for Designated Brokers, Self-employed Brokers, or Delegated Associate Brokers.
Everyone else can use the Agent CE Package.
Meet Real Estate CE Requirements with Courses that Interest You
ADRE's continuing education hours must include:

- 1 hour in Deed Fraud (NEW for 2025)
- 1 hour in FireWise (NEW for 2025)

If our packages don't work for you, check out our a la carte courses. We have plenty of additional courses you can use to build your own CE.

FAQs
How do I know you're an ADRE-approved course provider?
You can look us up on ADRE’s website. Our School ID number is S13-0009.
How fast can I get through Continuing Education courses?
ADRE requires you to spend at least as much time in each course as the approved credit hours. ADRE also says can’t spend more than 9 hours per day doing coursework.
This means the 24-hour agent package requires at least 3 days to complete. The 30-hour course requires at least 4 days.
What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?
ADRE requires that renewal applicants:
- Review all personal and contact information to ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
- Answer all questions on the Disciplinary Actions Disclosure (LI-214/LI-244) and provide additional documents where the answer to any question is 'yes'.
- Sign the renewal application if using a paper form.
- Confirmation of broker sponsorship (renewed or hired).
- Include additional forms and fees where required if applying for changes to the license.
- Submit proof of legal presence if applying online.
- Submit the required hours of approved CE courses. Licensees are encouraged to submit CE credit when the course is completed instead of waiting until the end of the license cycle.
All requirements must be completed within 24 months of your last license issue date.
