Complete Arizona Continuing Education Coursework Online
The Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) requires you to renew your real estate license every two years (24 months). You need to meet a minimum number of continuing education hours with an approved provider, and those hours must be distributed across specific categories.
Our packages are designed to make your CE foolproof and convenient. You'll meet ADRE's exacting requirements—whenever you have time, wherever you have internet access.
Just select the right package for your license type.
The Broker CE Package is required for Designated Brokers, Self-employed Brokers, or Delegated Associate Brokers.
Everyone else can use the Agent CE Package.
Meet Real Estate CE Requirements with Courses that Interest You
ADRE's continuing education hours must include
- 3 hours of agency law
- 3 hours of contract law
- 3 hours in legal issues
- 3 hours in fair housing issues
- 3 hours on disclosure
- 6 hours in elective topics
Both need to complete courses on Commissioner's Rules, as well. For sales agents, this consists of a single 3-hour course. For brokers, this consists of 3 Broker Management Clinics that are 3 hours a piece.
If our packages don't work for you, check out our a la carte courses. We have plenty of additional courses you can use to build your own CE.
