Complete Connecticut Continuing Education Coursework Online
Every 2 years, the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) requires 12 hours of real estate continuing education (CE) with an approved provider.
Some of the hours must be filled with mandatory coursework that varies from one education cycle to another. The remaining hours can be filled with electives.
We only offer elective courses in Connecticut at the moment. Our continuing education courses are accepted in the state and delivered online – you can take them at your own pace, on your own schedule.
Meet Real Estate CE Requirements with Courses that Interest You
For your convenience, we've packaged 5 different 3-hour electives together. You can pick and choose which topics suit you best to reach your total required elective hours.
Our Connecticut elective CE package is flexible enough to suit anyone. All courses are DCP-approved and acceptable for salespersons and brokers. There are courses for residential agents, as well as courses to help you serve commercial or investment clientele.
Get Your Credits On Time
We'll report your CE credits to DCP once you pass each course. You'll also get a certificate of completion for your records.
