Complete Delaware Continuing Education Coursework Online
Every 2 years, the Delaware Real Estate Commission requires 21 hours of real estate continuing education (CE) with an approved provider like us. All renewals (and CE) are due by April 30th of even-numbered years.
Our Delaware CE courses are completed entirely online – no need to commute and sit in a classroom. You can finish them at your own pace, whenever it's convenient for you.
Meet Real Estate CE Requirements with Courses that Interest You
Delaware's first renewal requirements are a little different from subsequent renewals in terms of educational requirements. You need to complete "Newly-Licensed Salesperson Modules."
For subsequent renewals, Delaware breaks the required 21 hours into 7 different 3-hour modules:
- Module 1 (Agency and Fair Housing)
- Module 2 (Professional Standards)
- Module 3 (Real Estate Documents)
- Module 4 (Office Management)
- Module 5 (Legislative Issues)
- Module 6 (Practices of Real Estate)
- Module 7 (any approved elective OR a course approved for Module 1-6)
AgentCampus by 360training offers a number of approved electives to meet your Module 7 requirements.

What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?
Continuing education courses are due by April 30th of even-numbered years.
What are the requirements if this is my first renewal?
Since the renewal deadline is the same for everyone – April 30th of every even-numbered year – the quantity of continuing education you need to take for your first renewal varies.

What is the Newly-Licensed Salesperson course?
The Newly-Licensed Salesperson modules are required for first-time licensees. It's 12 hours of education that must be completed within the first 12 months of your licensure.
The deadline counts from the date your license was issued and is independent of the renewal cycle. However, as shown above, those Newly-Licensed hours do count towards required CE for your first renewal.
