Complete Indiana Continuing Education Coursework Online
Once a year, the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) requires 12 hours of real estate continuing education (CE) with an approved provider like us.

Follow Indiana's CE Schedule
In Indiana, real estate continuing education is due on June 30th of each year. As a result, the "CE year" begins on July 1st.
You need to start and complete each year's 12 hours of education between those two dates. If you take more than 12 hours in one CE year, you're not allowed to roll the credits over into the next year.
Licensees don't have to start meeting CE requirements until their third "CE year." That's because your post-license requirements fill the first two years.

If you spend any part of a CE year acting as a manager of a company or working as a sole proprietor, the IPLA requires 4 hours to be devoted to a topic specific to managing brokers.

How do I know you're an IPLA-approved course provider?
You can find us on the IPLA's list of approved CE providers. Our Indiana sponsor IDs are CE10600531 and CE10600532.
How fast can I get through Continuing Education courses?
You can't complete more than 8 hours of CE a day, so you'll need to spread your year's hours over at least 2 days.
What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?
Your 12 hours of CE must be taken between July 1st and June 30th of every year. Every third year, you'll fill in your renewal application, also due June 30th, and report all three years' worth of CE (36 hours total).
How are yearly deadlines enforced if I only report every third year?
The IPLA conducts random audits of CE compliance and the penalties can be stiff – up to $5,000.
The commission doesn't grant extensions and only waives requirements for military service or incapacitating illness that lasts at least 12 months of the three-year renewal cycle.
