Complete Louisiana Continuing Education Coursework Online
Each year, the Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC) requires 12 hours of real estate continuing education (CE) with an approved provider like us.
We've got over twenty years of experience in online education, so there's no need to commute to a stuffy classroom. Work through the courses on your own schedule, whenever you have a little time.
Know Your Real Estate CE Requirements
LREC's continuing education requirements include:
- 4 hours in a mandatory, rotating topic
- 8 hours of LREC-approved electives
You need to be careful when enrolling for the mandatory topic. It changes every year, and only certain courses actually qualify for the credit. For example, not all 4-hour Fair Housing courses will count as your 2020 mandatory course.
We don't offer mandatory credits in Louisiana at this time. You need to look for mandatory course providers on LREC's official list.
Meet Your Electives with Courses that Interest You
Louisiana requires your electives to follow two rules: topics must be directly related to real estate practice, and subject matter should have a direct bearing on the learner's ability to protect and serve consumer interests.
We have 30 hours of approved courses that meet these requirements – you can mix and match for a CE package that interests you.
Our Louisiana Choose-Your-Own elective package provides twice as many courses as you need, so you can choose what interests you the most. If those don't work for you, choose from our additional a la carte courses instead.
