Complete Mississippi Continuing Education Coursework Online
Every 2 years, the Mississippi Real Estate Commission (MREC) requires 16 hours of real estate continuing education (CE) from approved training providers.
Our courses are mobile-friendly, self-paced, and approved for use in Mississippi. You can work on them from home or wherever you have a little time.
Meet Real Estate CE Requirements with Courses that Interest You
MREC's continuing education requirements include 8 mandatory hours, divided up into:
- 2 hours of license law
- 2 hours of contract law
- 4 hours of agency law
The remaining 8 hours can be filled with approved electives. You should be able to devote those hours to topics that interest you and will advance your career.
That's why we offer a "Pick Your Own Electives" package that provides more than the required number of hours so you can mix and match to your preference. If the offerings in our package don't interest you, take a look at our a la carte courses for more options.
Get Your Mississippi Elective Credits
You'll need to pass each course with a score of at least 70% on the final exam. Once you do, we'll report your credits to MREC and provide a certificate of completion for your own records.
