Complete Missouri Continuing Education Coursework Online
Every 2 years, the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) requires 12 hours of real estate continuing education (CE) with an approved provider like us. (Provider# 21200)

Meet Real Estate CE Requirements with Courses that Interest You
MREC's continuing education requirements include:
- 3 hours of mandatory Fair Housing
- 9 hours of core or elective courses
Note: The current broker and salesperson renewal for the 2024-2026 and the 2026-2028 license period will require an approved CORE course on Fair Housing.
Missouri regulations require 12 hours of continuing education, of which at least 3 hours must be a CORE course. However, the license can take all 12 hours comprised of CORE courses if they choose to do so.

What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?
