Complete North Carolina Continuing Education Coursework Online
Every year, the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) requires 8 hours of continuing education with an approved provider like us.
Your first renewal as a broker is exempt from CE requirements.
Meet Real Estate CE Requirements with Courses that Interest You
NCREC's continuing education requirements include:
- 4 update hours with rotating topics
- For brokers eligible for BIC status, you need the Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP)
- All other brokers need the General Update (GENUP)
- 4 hours of approved electives
We offer NCREC-approved electives, all of which will satisfy your yearly requirement. Unfortunately, you'll need to seek your update hours elsewhere.
Get Your Credits On Time
Upon completion of each CE course, we'll report your credits to NCREC. You'll also get a certificate of completion for safekeeping.
