Complete North Carolina Continuing Education Coursework Online
Every year, the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) requires 8 hours of continuing education with an approved provider like us.
Your first renewal as a broker is exempt from CE requirements.
Meet Real Estate CE Requirements with Courses that Interest You
NCREC's continuing education requirements include:
- 4 update hours with rotating topics
- For brokers eligible for BIC status, you need the Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP)
- All other brokers need the General Update (GENUP)
- 4 hours of approved electives
We offer NCREC-approved electives, all of which will satisfy your yearly requirement. Unfortunately, you'll need to seek your update hours elsewhere.
