FAQs
How do I know you're an Ohio-approved course provider?
You can find us on ODRE's website in the continuing education course search as 360training.
What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?
You can find your deadline on Ohio's License Lookup.
You can't file your renewal earlier than two months before your deadline. Everything needs to be submitted or postmarked on or before your expiration date.
What else is required for my real estate license renewal?
You'll have to submit proof of completion for your continuing education requirements, a renewal fee, and a completed renewal application.
Do post-license courses exempt me from continuing education in Ohio?
New agents are not exempt from CE requirements, because they're separate from post-license requirements.
Your post-license courses are due by your one-year anniversary as a licensee. CE is due at the same time as your renewal.
In fact, you're can choose to start your continuing education before you even finish your post-licensure.
