Complete Tennessee Continuing Education Coursework Online

Every 2 years, the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires real estate professionals to renew their license with 16 hours of continuing education.

We're a TREC-approved CE provider and we deliver all our coursework online. Finish TREC's requirements at your own pace, from home or on the go – whenever you have time.

Meet Real Estate CE Requirements with Courses that Interest You

TREC's continuing education requirements include:

  • 6 hours of mandatory TREC CORE course (either Residential or Commercial)
  • 10 hours of approved electives

We offer over a dozen elective courses that can help you fulfill your CE. You'll need to seek your CORE hours with a different TREC-approved provider.

Get Your Credits On Time

As you finish each course, you'll get a certificate of completion for your records. We'll also report your credits to TREC within 10 days of completion.

FAQs

How do I know you're a TREC-approved course provider?

You can find us as an approved CE provider on TREC's website. Our license number is 1446.

What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?

TREC needs to receive proof of your CE hours on or before your license's expiration. However, as long as you submit your renewal fee on time, you'll get a 60-day grace period for your provider to report your credits to TREC.
