Complete Washington Continuing Education Coursework Online
Every 2 years, the Washington Department of Licensing (DOL) requires real estate professionals to renew their license and meet certain continuing education requirements
Our continuing education courses are accepted in Washington and delivered online – you can take them at your own pace, on your own schedule.
Choose the Right Continuing Education Package
Licensees who are renewing for the FIRST time are required to complete 90 hours of courses, including 60 hours of required first-time renewal courses.
If it's your first renewal, look for CE packages dedicated to "Washington first time renewal" to ensure that you're meeting the right set of requirements. Sometimes these will be lumped under "post-license" education instead of CE.
Second and subsequent renewals only require 30 hours of continuing education. One course must be a 3-hour "core" Washington course containing state legal and regulatory updates and one must be a 3-hour Fair Housing course. The other 24 hours can be DOL-approved electives.
Meet Real Estate CE Requirements with Courses that Interest You
If you're going to sit through 24 hours of electives, you should be learning something interesting or useful to you.
With Agent Campus by 360training, you have plenty of DOL-approved electives to choose from. We offer multiple CE packages with different curriculum, and if our package offerings don't work for you, we have additional a la carte courses.
