Complete Virginia Pre-Licensing Coursework Online
The Virginia Real Estate Board (VREB) requires 60 hours of essential real estate education with an approved provider (like us!) before you apply for your real estate license.
Pass Your Proctored Final Exam
Once you complete the material, you'll need to schedule your proctored final exam.
VREB requires your pre-licensing finals to be administered by a third party to make sure you don't get outside help. Your proctor will send us a signed affidavit after you pass your exam.
Once we get the paperwork for your final exam, you'll get a certificate of completion for your records. We'll also report your credits to VREB through their testing service.
Prep for the Virginia Licensing Exam
Once your pre-license credits are reported, you'll need to register with the testing service. The fee you submit will be valid one attempt within the next year.
We can help here, too. If you choose our Premium Package, and you'll get exam prep help. By taking advantage of practice tests and condensed study guides, you'll walk into your licensing exam confident that you're prepared.
