Washington Pre-License Packages
Complete Washington Pre-Licensing Coursework Online
The Washington Department of Licensing (DOL) requires 90 hours of basic real estate education with an approved provider before you can apply for your license.
Pre-license coursework are divided into two classes: a 60-hour class in Real Estate Fundamentals and a 30-hour class in Real Estate Practices.
Our Washington pre-licensing courses are delivered entirely online – no commuting to a classroom. You can work them on your own schedule, a little at a time.
Once you've passed the courses, you'll get a certificate of completion for your records. We'll also report your course completions to the third-party testing service Washington State uses to administer the state licensing exam. That will enable you to register for the test.
Prep for the Washington Licensing Exam
Washington DOL requires you to take your official state licensing exam within 2 years of completing your pre-licensing course requirements.
