360training.com Gives Back to Dell Children’s Hospital
The leadership of 360training.com visited the hospital, dressed like characters from Game of Thrones, and brought some holiday goodies for the kids. Austin, Texas - The children at Austin’s Dell Children’s Hospital received a pleasant surprise as members of 360training.com leadership team dropped by, bearing treats for Halloween. Ed Sattar, CEO, and Mary Lanier-Evans, People and Culture Officer, delivered handmade goody bags themselves. Each bag contained non-edible treats, since some of the children are not allowed to eat candy. The bags also had contained glow sticks, stickers, noisemakers, and small toys. The goodies were handed over to the children at the hospital’s Annual Halloween Party. “At 360training.com, we are all about giving back to the community,” says Ed Sattar. “We are an Austin-based organization and we recognize our social responsibilities to the community. We hope that we have brought a small amount of cheer and joy and have made the day memorable for these children.” 360training.com’s leadership is trying to set a precedence for their employees, and for other companies, by giving back to the community. The organization firmly believes that giving back is an essential component of its culture, and wants its employees to embed that into their day to day activities in and out of the workplace.
