Agent Campus vs Aceable Agent Review: Which is Better for Me?

Choosing an online real estate training provider can be tricky. You need to figure out what kind of training you need and locate schools that are approved for real estate license education in your state. Even then, choosing between reputable, commission-approved online real estate schools can be difficult.
How do you know which real estate license training provider is right for you? Let's look at two big names in the industry that are widely accepted and well-regarded: Aceable Agent and Agent Campus.
What is Aceable Agent Real Estate School?
Aceable Agent, or Aceable Real Estate School, is an online training provider for real estate licensing. They're the new kid on the block, beginning their real estate courses in 2017. They partner with the more-established Kaplan Real Estate School in some states.
They largely specialize in helping students that are studying to earn their real estate license by offering required pre-license coursework and state license exam preparation. They offer pre-license packages in 13 states.
In Texas, where Aceable began, they also offer post-license education – which Texas calls Sales Apprentice Education or SAE – and continuing education, as well.
What is Agent Campus Real Estate School?
Agent Campus is the real estate licensing arm of an online training company called 360training. The parent company has over 23 years of experience providing online regulatory training. Much of their business is focused on compliance and licensing education.
Agent Campus offers pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education in a large number of states.
Agent Campus vs Aceable Real Agent Estate Review
Agent Campus and Aceable real estate schools compete directly in Texas at multiple training stages and in 6 other states for pre-license only. Both offer online, self-paced, and regulatory-approved education at very competitive rates for the industry.
They differ the most in format and available training solutions.

Course Format: Agent Campus vs Aceable Real Estate
Aceable and Agent Campus have different approaches to online training – Agent Campus is more traditional, though it can certainly serve the modern mobile-reliant learner. Aceable Agent is one of the few online real estate schools to have its own mobile app, which may be important to some users.
Aceable real estate school has embraced video-based learning, while Agent Campus remains text-based. Each approach has its advantages, and the choice between the two is ultimately a matter of preference.
Cost: Agent Campus vs Aceable Real Estate
Both Aceable and Agent Campus have reasonable pricing for the industry, as well as excellent value.
In the cases where Aceable and Agent Campus's products overlap, their different approaches to bundling, perks, and training format make any cost comparison apples-to-oranges.
Generally speaking, Agent Campus tends to have lower prices and better options for licensing candidates looking for a no-frills way to meet requirements. On the other hand, people who value the interactivity and media options of Aceable may feel that those features are worth a slightly higher price.
Pre-Licensing Solutions: Agent Campus vs Aceable Real Estate
Aceable offers initial pre-licensing packages in 13 states, while Agent Campus offers full packages in 10 states. In the 40 states where Agent Campus doesn't offer coursework, they offer pre-license exam prep options instead.
Here's the way course availability breaks down in different states – an asterisk indicates that the product options are more limited than the vendor's standard offering:

Obviously in states where one training provider has the coursework you need and the other doesn't, it's a clear choice. However, the two vendors compete directly for pre-license education in 8 states.
In South Carolina, Aceable is the cut-and-dried better option – they have a broader number of solutions, and their basic package is cheaper.
In California, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Virginia, or Washington, the differing package options and what's included need to be taken into consideration alongside the course format and cost.
A short time ago, Aceable was known for its "All-in-One" approach to its products – just one purchasing option for each state. This is still the case in Arizona and Tennessee (states that Agent Campus doesn't serve). In most states, they've moved on to a 3-tiered product model for pre-license courses.
Agent Campus, on the other hand, has long used a 2-tiered model for pre-licensing.
If you're shopping for initial pre-license solutions in those states, your product options are as follows:

Other Course Offerings: Agent Campus vs Aceable Real Estate
Aceable real estate school has been expanding its catalog over the years, but its post-license and continuing education offerings are still very limited.
Agent Campus still has more courses in more categories for more states. Where the schools compete directly, Agent Campus typically has more choices and options for learners to tailor their curriculum.
Initial Post-Licensing
Agent Campus offers initial post-licensing in packages in:
- Alabama
- Florida
- Georgia
- Texas (as SAE)
- Washington
Aceable Agent only offers SAE in Texas.
Continuing Education (CE)
As of November 2021, Aceable Agent only carries up-to-date continuing education in Texas, while Agent Campus serves Texas and 31 other states.
In Texas, where they directly compete, Agent Campus has a larger library. If you're a sales agent or non-supervisory broker, both can serve you but Agent Campus will provide more choices for courses that interest you.
Agent Campus can also support Texas supervisory brokers seeking CE. If you have supervisory responsibilities, Aceable doesn't offer a complete CE solution because they don't carry the mandatory Broker Responsibility Course.

Note, both providers list New York CE options, but as of mid-November 2021, the CE packages of both are out of date with the requirements that took effect in July 2021.
Since Aceable offers package purchasing only, they're essentially unavailable in New York at the moment. Agent Campus, on the other hand, offers a wide variety of approved a la carte courses to choose from and an updated CE package is in the works.
Broker Pre-Licensing and/or Exam Prep
If you're looking to upgrade from your initial license to a Broker's license, Aceable Agent can't help you.
Agent Campus offers a whole pre-license solution for brokers in Texas – coursework, study guide, and practice exam.
You can also get broker pre-license study guides and practice exams (but not coursework) for:
- California
- Michigan
- Montana
- Nevada
- New York
- Oklahoma
- South Carolina
Agent Campus also offers practice exams for the National portion of the Broker licensing exam, which is aspiring brokers in any state.
Additional Curriculum
Beyond the coursework needed for various licensing requirements, Aceable has four 3- to 5-hour professional development courses that focus on strategies for improving your real estate game. These courses are not state-approved and cannot be used to fulfill CE or licensing requirements.
Business Solutions: Agent Campus vs Aceable Real Estate
This is one of the biggest differences: Aceable Agent is designed for individuals seeking their real estate license, while Agent Campus has solutions for both individuals and businesses.

With Agent Campus by 360training, real estate brokerages can purchase courses at bulk rates as a perk to their agents and brokers. It's bigger than that, however.
Agent Campus's parent company serves multiple industries with a broad catalog of online compliance and regulatory-approved training.
This makes it possible to use 360training as one-stop shopping for an organization's broader online training needs, such as:
- An extensive catalog of HR, Ethics, and Compliance courses, including sexual harassment courses tailored to your state, active shooter training, and more.
- General business skills and professional development for supervisory brokers, including courses for onboarding, retention, and fair hiring practices.
- OSHA courses mandatory in office settings.
Additionally, enterprise partners get dedicated account management to help you meet your training goals and compliance needs. You can use 360training's Learning Management System (LMS) or port the courses to your own. 360training's LMS can generate in-depth reports from executive-level overviews down to individual progress tracking.
