Going into a listing presentation as a new agent can be daunting. It’s a high-pressure job interview where you’re asking homeowners to put their trust and their property in the hands of someone with little experience. Unlike other agents, you don’t have a lot of fancy awards or impressive sales numbers to show off. The internet tells sellers to only consider agents with at least 5 years of experience. You can see why many new agents start out as buyer’s agents.
But everyone has to start somewhere. There are a few things you can do to improve your confidence and increase your chances of landing listings and closing more sales.
