  • Noticeable Personal Struggles: Employees undergoing personal crises, such as divorce or financial trouble, may exhibit signs of stress that can escalate. 
  • Obsession With Job or Coworkers: Over-attachment or infatuation can be indicative of potential issues. 

2. Implement Strategies to Create a Safer Workplace Environment

  • Establish a Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any form of violence, be it verbal, physical, or psychological, should be met with strict consequences. This policy should be communicated clearly to all employees.
