OSHA Outreach Completion Cards

The DOL provides cards to authorized trainers

  • can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered
  • a temporary completion certificate is awarded for immediate download

Types of OSHA Outreach Completion Cards

1. OSHA 10 Card – 10-Hour Department of Labor Outreach Completion card

– Awarded to Students Who Complete 10 Hours of OSHA Outreach Training in Construction or General Industry –

  • 10-Hour Construction DOL Card: Light Gold Color
  • 10-Hour General Industry DOL Card: Light Blue Color

2. OSHA 30 Card – 30-Hour Department of Labor Outreach Completion card

– Awarded to Students Who Complete 30 Hours of OSHA Outreach Training in Construction or General Industry –

  • 30-Hour Construction DOL Card: Orange/Dark Gold Color
  • 30-Hour General Industry DOL Card: Blue Color

3. OSHA Trainer Card – Awarded to Providers of OSHA Outreach Training Courses

– Signify Authority to Train OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour Outreach Courses

  • Represent the Highest Level of Achievement and Proficiency
  • Attainable in the Outreach Training Program

4. OSHA Maritime Training Cards – Awarded to Students Who Complete the #5410 Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Maritime Industry Course

  • White & Gray / White & Blue Colors

5. OSHA Disaster Site Worker Cards – Awarded to Students Who Complete the #7600 Disaster Site Worker Course

  • Gray & White Colors
