About this Package

This Georgia CE renewal package focuses on increasing your financial savvy in the real estate industry and allowing you to set your sights on a more lucrative niche with investor clientele.

It's also a comprehensive renewal solution, meeting all Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) requirements: 3 hours of license law plus 33 hours of electives from a GREC-approved education provider. Courses are online and mobile-friendly to maximize flexibility and convenience.

First, we'll review some financing fundamentals – conventional real estate financing, the pitfalls of predatory lending, and the mechanics of qualifying buyers and property. Then we'll cover the various methods for property valuation, including income capitalization.

A full 7 hours will focus on tax-favorable real estate transactions, with special attention to 1031 exchanges. Explore pre-tax purchase methods and learn the current tax advantages of qualified and non-qualified products like various types of IRAs, 401(k)s, and Charitable Gift Annuities.

You'll learn a lot about tax deferral of like-kind exchanges under Section 1031 of the tax code. Learn about its uses, benefits and drawbacks, types of exchanges, and more.

We won't just cover the theory of tax-favorable transactions. You'll get case studies, real world dilemmas, and concrete applications to ensure you can put your new knowledge to work.

Finally, we'll devote some time to areas of real estate that can lead to liability, particularly when working with real estate investors: the minutiae of fair housing laws, land use and site analysis, and how to avoid contractual oversights and misunderstandings.

As you complete each course in the package, you'll get a certificate of completion for your files. We'll also report your credits to GREC.

FAQs

How do I know you're a GREC-approved course provider?

You can find us listed as 360training (dba AgentCampus) on GREC’s website.

What else is required to renew my Georgia real estate license?

You'll gain access to your renewal application 120 days (4 months) before your license expires. The renewal cycle in Georgia is 4 years (48 months).

Submitting everything by midnight on your due date is important. There are no extensions if it falls on a holiday or weekend, and if your application is late, your license will lapse. You'll owe a late fee and possibly have to undergo a reinstatement process.

What happens if I can't complete my CE on time?

Georgia doesn't allow you to renew your license into active status until all of your CE has cleared.

To prevent your license from lapsing, you should still submit your application and pay your renewal fee. That will allow you to renew with an inactive license and spare you the late fee and reinstatement. However, you won't' be allowed to conduct licensed actions until your CE is complete.

When do my courses expire?

Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use.

What if I need a refund for my training course?

If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:

  • Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
  • You have NOT:
    • Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
    • Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
    • Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.

If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.

You can find more information about our refund policy here.
