Complete Alabama Continuing Education Coursework Online
Every two years, the Alabama Real Estate Commission (AREC) requires 15 hours of real estate continuing education (CE) with an approved provider like us.
Our Alabama continuing education courses are delivered entirely online – no commuting to a classroom. You can finish them at your own pace, on your own schedule.
Meet Real Estate CE Requirements with Courses that Interest You
AREC's continuing education requirements for salespersons include;
- 3 mandatory hours in Risk Management
- 12 hours of AREC-approved courses
Unfortunately, we don't carry the mandatory Risk Management course at this time. However, we have plenty of other AREC-approved courses to choose from. Find an interesting or useful topic and dive right in!
Note: Any licensee who has not completed the 15-hour CE requirement for license renewal or license activation prior to January 1, 2021, must take the NEW 3-hour Risk Management: Initial Contact to Accepted Offer course to renew or activate a license. This course must be taken even if the previous Level 1 and Level 2 Risk Management courses have been completed.
Get Your Credits On Time
Once you complete each CE course, you'll get a certificate of completion. We'll also report your credits to AREC within 10 days of completion or in time to make your September 30th deadline, whichever comes first.
