About this Course
What is 8-Hour RCRA Refresher: California Training?
This course covers your annual review of Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations, with a special focus on additional state regulations in California.
You'll refresh your memory on how RCRA works, including the tracking, permitting, inspection, and enforcement procedures. We'll review identifying hazardous waste, including substances with key characteristics like ignitability, reactivity, corrosivity, and toxicity. Finally, we'll discuss universal waste regulations and the proper destinations for universal waste.
Throughout, we'll review the roles of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the California state department in hazardous wastes compliance.
Who should take 8-Hour RCRA Refresher: California?
If you're in need of RCRA refresher training valid in California, this course is for you.
