About this Course

The Alabama Real Estate Consumers and Agency Disclosure Act (RECAD) addresses buyers' confusion about agency representation by requiring disclosure forms about the types of brokerage services available.

In this course, we'll discuss the purpose and required disclosures of RECAD. You'll review the duties of brokers and licensees, the differences between a client and a customer, and the pertinent facts about agency representation in Alabama.

You'll also study the Minimum Services Law.

This course won't just provide a recitation of facts – you'll look at everyday situations in which RECAD applies and how to handle various dilemmas.

This course satisfies 3 hours of General credit in Alabama.
