About This Package
This Alabama Complete CE Renewal Package for Salespersons has everything you need to meet your continuing education requirements in from the comfort of your own home or on your mobile device whenever you have a little time.
The Alabama Real Estate Commission (AREC) requires 15 hours of continuing education every two years. Three of these hours have to be spent on mandatory risk management topics, which are included in this package. The remaining 12 hours must be spent in AREC-approved electives like ours.
Once you've completed each class with a passing score on the final exam, you'll get a certificate of completion for your records. We'll also report your credits to AREC within 10 days or by your deadline, whichever comes first.
To fulfill your 15-hour CE requirement for an active real estate license, we must submit all CE course credit to the Alabama Real Estate Commission before October 1st. Therefore, all CE courses must be completed before September 30th. Any courses completed after that date may result in an inactive license which will require a license activation fee after the course credit has been submitted.

FAQs
How do I know you're an AREC-approved course provider?
You can look us up on AREC's website. Our Provider ID is 000097091-0.
Are Continuing Education exams proctored?
No. AREC requires pre-license and post-license course finals to be proctored. Continuing Education course exams can be taken on the honor system.
How fast can I get through my Continuing Education courses?
AREC's rules say you can't get credit for more than 9 hours of CE a day.
What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?
All licensees must satisfy the 15-hour CE requirement for an active real estate license before October 1st. Therefore, all CE courses must be completed and submitted for credit by providers before the September 30th deadline to avoid a license being forced inactive.
Continuing Education courses aren't required for your first license renewal. Your post-licensing courses take their place.
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.
For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use.
What if I need a refund for my training course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
You can find more information about our refund policy here.
