FAQs
How do I know you're an ADRE-approved course provider?
You can look us up on ADRE’s website. Our School ID number is S13-0009.
How fast can I get through my Continuing Education courses?
According to ADRE's rules, you have to spend at least as many hours in each course as the credit hours it's worth. You're limited to a maximum of 9 hours per day.
For a 24-hour agent package, you'll have to spread your education out over at least 3 days.
What else is required to renew my Arizona real estate license?
As a renewal applicant, you must:
- Review your contact information and make sure all data is correct and updated.
- Fill in the Disciplinary Actions Disclosure (LI-214/LI-244) and provide documentation for any question where you answer 'yes.'
- Sign your renewal application if using a paper form.
- Provide confirmation of renewed or hired broker sponsorship.
- Include additional forms and fees if required for change of license requests.
- Submit proof of legal presence if applying online.
- Submit your required CE hours. You're encouraged to submit CE credit as soon as a course is completed instead of waiting until the end of the renewal cycle.
All of this has to be submitted within 24 months of your last license issue date.
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.
For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use.
What if I need a refund for my training course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
You can find more information about our refund policy here.
