About this Package

This package is perfect for non-employing broker looking to knock out the bulk of their renewal requirements.

  • A 4-hour Annual Commission Update for year #1
  • A 4-hour Annual Commission Update for year #2
  • A 4-hour Annual Commission Update for year #3
  • 12 hours of approved electives completed at any time

This package includes this year's Annual Commission Update, plus all 12 required elective hours.

Once you've passed each class, you'll get a certificate of completion for your records. You need to hang onto those as proof of course completion in case the DRE asks to see documentation.

FAQs

How do I know you're a DRE-approved course provider?

You can find us as 360training on Colorado's approved provider list. The DRE also publishes the approved providers for their Annual Update every year as a temporary file.

360training is AgentCampus' parent company.

What if I only need electives or the Commission Update?

If you only need electives, you can either look at our 12-hour elective package or pick courses that interest you a la carte.

This year's Annual Commission Update can also be purchased by itself, a la carte.

How fast can I get through Continuing Education courses?

The Colorado DRE won't give you credit for more than 8 hours of continuing education a day. That means you'll need at least 2 days to finish this package.

The other two annual updates will be naturally spread out by calendar year.

What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?

Annual Commission Updates are due by midnight of December 31st, each calendar year. Courses can't be "made up" after that, so it's important to complete these on time.

Electives are due by December 31st of your third full calendar year.

Since the remainder of year in which you're licensed don't count towards your renewal period, licensees' initial renewal period will last between three and four years, instead of three.

When can I renew my Colorado real estate license?

The DRE makes online renewal available 45 days before your expiration.

They also allow a 31-day grace period after your expiration, if needed. As long as you submit your renewal by January 31st of the following year, you can practice real estate without interruption.

There may be additional requirements – check the DRE website for details.

How do I turn in my CE credits?

The DRE doesn't keep records of your continuing education. Instead, they hold each licensee responsible for retaining documentation for at least four years and producing it upon request.

Once you finish each course, you'll be able to download or print a certificate of completion. We also keep your certificates attached to your account for five years, just to be safe.

When do my courses expire?

Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use

What if I need a refund for my training course?

If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:

  • Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
  • You have NOT:
    • Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
    • Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
    • Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.

If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.

You can find more information about our refund policy here.
