About this Package
For every 3-year renewal period, the Colorado Division of Real Estate (DRE) requires 24 hours of continuing education. You have to complete half of those hours as Annual Commission Updates, one per calendar year.
This package is for anyone looking to meet the other half: 12 hours of elective credit.
Get our most popular elective courses bundled together and pick the 3 that interest you the most in order to satisfy your elective requirements.
Once you've finished each class with a passing score, you'll get a certificate of completion for your records. File them away – you are personally responsible for keeping documentation of your CE for four years.

FAQs
How do I know you're a DRE-approved course provider?
You can find us as 360training on Colorado's approved provider list. The DRE also publishes the approved providers for their Annual Update every year as a temporary file.
360training is AgentCampus' parent company.
What if I need this year's Annual Commission Update, too?
Look for our 16-hour package. It has Commission Updates plus 12 hours of electives.
How fast can I get through Continuing Education courses?
By the Colorado DRE's rules, you can't take more than 8 hours of continuing education work a day. That means it'll take at least 2 days to complete this package.
Annual updates are naturally spread out by calendar year – just make sure you don't break the 8-hour rule if you take one on the same day as an elective.
What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?
Each calendar year, you need to take one Annual Commission Update before midnight of December 31st. These courses can't be "made up" in subsequent years, so it's important to finish them on time.
Your electives need to be finished before you renew your license – that's December 31st of your third full calendar year.
When can I renew my Colorado real estate license?
You can access your renewal online up to 45 days before your license expires.
You're also allowed a 31-day grace period to complete your renewal after the expiration, if needed. That means you can continue performing licensed activities on an expired license as long as you submit your renewal by January 31st of the following year.
There may be additional requirements – check the DRE's website for more information.
How do I turn in my CE credits?
The DRE doesn't keep records of your continuing education. Instead, you're responsible for keeping proof of completion for at least four years. The DRE will expect you to provide this documentation if you're audited.
Once you finish each course, you'll be able to download or print a certificate of completion. And we retain your certificates on your account for five years, to keep you covered.
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.
For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use.
What if I need a refund for my training course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
You can find more information about our refund policy here.
