About this Course
Having listened, probed, and gathered information, now is your time to develop a stay plan with your employee. The resulting stay plan will include the actions you and your employee identify to increase that person's engagement and retention. This course will outline what you need to do to develop a great stay plan for each of your employees, including solutions both you and the employee can take to create a great work situation. By completing this course, you will learn how to create a successful stay plan with your employees. This course is part of Vado's Stay Interview Toolkit track which has been approved for 2 hours of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Professional Development Credits (PDCs), as well as 2 hours of HRCI (HR Certification Institute) recertification credits.
