About
Office work often involves prolonged sitting, repetitive tasks (such as typing and using a mouse), and poor posture, which can lead to musculoskeletal disorders like back pain, neck strain, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Our ergonomics course aims to teach employees how to set up their workstations correctly to reduce the risk of developing these issues.
This training focuses on common risk factors for ergonomic injuries, examining the anatomy affected by poor ergonomics, the types of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) associated with each body part, and preventing these disorders from becoming life-threatening health issues. Upon completion, learners will receive a certificate to print as proof they successfully finished the program.
