If you're taking the Food Protection Manager and ANSI-CFP Accredited Certification Exam for the first time or want to refresh your knowledge on food safety best practices, this is the ideal package for you.
You get access to our 8-hour training course that reviews the food safety principles you need to know to pass the exam, as well as prevent foodborne illnesses. Plus, some states require that you complete a training course in addition to the exam.
To pass the exam, you must score at least 78%. Then, you can print your official food protection manager certification. You can take the exam from home using one of our online proctors.

The Food Protection Manager Certification Exam is ANSI-approved for remote proctoring online using the webcam on the computer. The exam will be proctored by one of our online proctors. All students will be allowed a total of two exam attempts with no additional fee.
Should you fail after your second attempt, you will need to wait 90 days before attempting the exam again.
Our online proctoring is available Monday-Friday between 8 AM to 8 PM (CST). To access your exam, simply launch the course in the 360training LMS (Learning Management System) and follow the detailed instructions, click here.

Is your food manager exam ANSI-CFP accredited?
Our Food Protection Manager Certification Program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute and the Conference for Food Protection (ANSI-CFP).
This accreditation meets the requirements for most states; however, we always recommend checking with your local health department and employer for any additional requirements.
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.
What if I need a refund for my courses?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
