About This Package
The Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) requires 75 hours of successfully completed pre-license education in order to start your real estate career. Courses have to be from an approved provider like us.
This Basic Package includes the mandatory pre-license education, plus a free real estate math course that will give you additional practice for the math questions on the license exam.
When you finish your instructional hours, you'll need to schedule your final exam with an accepted proctor. GREC requires proctored (supervised) exams to make sure you're not cheating. You need to score 75% or higher to pass the course. We'll give you a certificate of completion to keep on file, and we'll report your credits to GREC.
Then it will be time to get ready for your official state exam.
Note: If you're worried about the exam, you might want to consider our Premium Package, instead. It includes an Exam Prep course and a money-back guarantee. If you buy the Basic Package, you can purchase the exam prep course separately later, but the Premium Package will save you money and peace of mind.

FAQs
How do I know you're a GREC-approved course provider?
You can find us listed as 360training (dba AgentCampus) on GREC’s website.
Who is eligible to apply for a Georgia real estate license?
To get your real estate license in Georgia, you have to be over 18, hold a high school diploma or the equivalent, and pass a background check.
The Commission will investigate and make a decision if you do have criminal convictions or any sanctions from a licensing or regulatory agency in your background.
What is the Georgia Real Estate Licensing Exam Like?
A third-party testing company named PSI/AMP administers Georgia's official licensing exam in a few locations throughout Georgia. It's a 4-hour multiple-choice exam including national and state-specific topics.
You'll know your result before you leave the testing center. If you pass, they'll give you a Certificate of Accuracy Statement that you need to hold onto, unsigned, until you're ready to turn in your license application.
What is the deadline for my Georgia real estate license application?
Your exam result expires entirely after 12 months. But the application fee doubles after 90 days of your license exam, so we recommend you submit in that window, even if you have to submit an inactive application.
An inactive license doesn't require a sponsoring broker. You'll be able to activate your license later.
How do I apply for my Georgia real estate license?
You actually submit your application at a PSI testing center in person during certain hours. You need to bring the following documents with you:
- Your unsigned Certification of Accuracy Statement
- An acceptable form of photo ID
- A signed and notarized Lawful Presence Affidavit
- A certified criminal history report generated within the last 60 days
- A credit card, money order, or cashier's check for your license fee
- a completed Sponsoring Broker Statement if you're seeking an active license
GREC requires you to sign your Certificate of Accuracy in front of testing center personnel.
If you meet all requirements, the PSI center staff will issue your license and provide two pocket cards, a wall certificate for framing, and a wall certificate for your brokerage. You can't begin brokerage activity until your sponsoring broker has their copy.
You can learn more about the exam and application process, along with the required forms, in the PSI Georgia Candidate Handbook.
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.
For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use.
What if I need a refund for my training course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
You can find more information about our refund policy here.
