Industrial Electricity and Electronics Series Training Package

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their training. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Certain requirements must be met, so please review our Refund Policy for full details.  

How long your industrial electricity and electronics certification lasts will depend on your role, industry, and the preferences of your employer. We recommend you refresh your knowledge at least every two to three years. 

Our industrial electricity and electronics training will call on your technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and math capabilities, so the degree to which you find it difficult will depend on your experience and personal strengths.  

That said, our courses are online and self-paced, allowing you to work at your own speed and backtrack to review information as needed. We’ll quiz you on what you’re learning as you go to prepare you for your final exams. 

Course access begins on the date of purchase, defined as the day payment is submitted. All learning activities, quizzes, and exams must be completed within the assigned access period, and no exam attempts may be made once this period ends. Because access periods vary, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for the exact expiration details of your course. 

Your courses will expire sixty (60) days after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course or LMS indicates otherwise.

If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:

• Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
• You have NOT:
  • Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
  • Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
  • Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.

If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
