About This Course

What is ISO 9001:2015 Foundation Training?

The ISO updates its standards every few years.  The most recent update for its Quality Management System (QMS) standards was in 2015.  This course was developed to ease the upgrade from the 2008 version.

We'll explore the updates made between the two standards, and the changes made to 9001 in comparison to 9004 standards.

We'll also teach you how to use Annex SL, the new management system format.  It's designed to make it easier to implement multiple standards at once within your company.

This course is specifically designed for anyone who is transitioning from the 2008 version of ISO QMS standards to the most recent version (2015).

What If I Need a Refund for My Training Course?

If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:

Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
You have NOT:
Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
