About This Package
To apply for your real estate license in Missouri, you need to take a total of 72 hours of pre-license education approved by the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC). That includes:
- One 48-hour Salesperson Pre-Examination course, to learn material for your license exam
- One 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice (MREP) course, to teach you practical applications
Agent Campus by 360training is an MREC-approved provider for both courses. This Premium Package contains all 72 required hours, plus a free practice test to help you decide if you're ready to tackle the official state exam.
First, Pass Your 48-hour Missouri Pre-Examination Training
MREC requires you to start with the 48-hour Pre-Exam course. It covers the topics you'll be tested on during the license exam, including the major relationships, processes, regulations, and documents of the real estate industry.
At the end of each of course section, we'll reinforce what you've learned with a quiz. After you're done with the course material, you'll need to pass the final exam with a 75% or above.
Once you pass the Pre-Examination course, you'll get a certificate of completion for your own records. We'll also report your credits to MREC with your completion date.
This starts the clock on your licensing deadline. You have 6 months from your Pre-Exam completion date to finish all other steps and submit your application.
Take Your State License Exam with Confidence
We recommend that you take your license exam at the earliest date you feel ready. To help you determine your preparedness, we include a free exam prep course in this package that includes a practice test. You can work through an exam on the same topics, with the same format, and see where you need more study.
When you schedule your official exam, you can walk in knowing that you're ready to do your best.
Complete Your Pre-License Education with 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice (MREP)
By state regulation, you have to wait until you finish the Pre-Exam course to start your required 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice (MREP) course.
We recommend you take it a step farther and save it for after you pass the state exam. That will allow you to concentrate on one thing at a time.
MREP walks you through the daily practice of real estate, from the creation of agency relationships to the closing and settlement process. It also covers the in-between: how to list property, the responsibilities of a seller, buyer, or dual agent, the appraisal process.
Like the Pre-Exam course, you'll take quizzes and a final exam. Once you're done, we'll report your credits, as well.

FAQs
How do I know you're an MREC-approved course provider?
You can find us listed on MREC's website as an approved provider for Salesperson Pre-Exam (online), MREP (online), and Continuing Education.
We're listed as 360training, which is AgentCampus's parent company.
Who is eligible to apply for a Missouri real estate license?
To be eligible for a real estate license in Missouri, you must be at least 18 and willing to undergo fingerprinting and a background check.
What else do I have to do to earn my salesperson license?
At some point, you need to find an active, licensed Missouri broker to sponsor your application. You can't have an active salesperson license without one. Sponsoring brokers supervise you, take legal responsibility for your actions, handle financial transactions that you can't, and more.
Shortly before you submit your application, you have to get fingerprinted by MREC's preferred vendor, which is currently IDEMIA/Identogo. First, register with the Missouri Automated Criminal History Site (MACHS) and authorize MREC to receive a copy of your background check. Then visit an IDEMIA location for the actual fingerprinting.
Finally, you'll submit your license application. All requirements, including the application, must be completed within 6 months of finishing your Pre-Examination course.
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.
For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use.
What if I need a refund for my training course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
You can find more information about our refund policy here.
