About This Package
You need 70 hours of pre-license education before applying for your real estate license in Montana. We offer the required education online, for your convenience, approved by the Montana Board of Realty Regulation (BRR).
With this Basic Package, you get all the required hours of education, along with a free real estate math course to provide practice for the math portion of the licensing exam.
You need a grade of 70% or higher to pass the 70-hour pre-license course. Once you've achieved this, we'll provide a certificate of completion you can print or save for your records. You'll also need to include a copy as proof of education in your application.
Please note: Our Premium Package comes with an Exam Prep course (and a money-back guarantee), and we recommend that package for first-time licensees. If you go with the Basic Package, you'll be able to buy the prep course separately later. However, the Premium Package will save you a little money and provide peace of mind.
