About this Package
To apply for your real estate license in Montana, you need to take 70 hours of pre-license education approved by the Montana Board of Realty Regulation (BRR) and pass your state licensing exam.

How do I know you're a BRR-approved course provider?
We're listed on the BRR's website under our parent company name, 360training. Look for the list of approved salesperson pre-license providers.
Who is eligible to apply for a Montana real estate license?
To be eligible for a salesperson license in Montana, you need to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have completed the 10th grade or higher
How do I apply after I pass my state licensing exam?
After you pass the state exam, you need to:
- Find a supervising broker with an active Montana license to sponsor your application
- Be willing to disclose and provide documentation for past disciplinary issues
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

What if I need a refund for my training course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
