Every mining operation has an MSHA-approved training plan, tailored to meet its unique requirements and standards. This 2-hour online course can be integrated into a company’s MSHA-approved training plan to satisfy the annual refresher requirements outlined in 30 CFR 46.8, providing miners and contractors with current safety training. Although our courses are structured to support Part 46 refresher training, applicability may vary according to specific training plans. It is the responsibility of the mine site operator to ensure MSHA compliance and confirm that all employees receive the required training outlined in their approved plan.
