360training is accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). 360training complies with the ANSI/IACET Standard, which is recognized internationally as a standard of excellence in instructional practices. As a result of this accreditation, 360training is authorized to issue the IACET CEU.
This package is for workers in New York City only. The New York City Department of Buildings, local law 196 of 2017, requires that construction and demolition workers on job sites with a Construction Superintendent, Site Safety Coordinator, or Site Safety Manager have completed a total of 40 hours of training. As a result, the courses included in this package must be completed in concurrence with the OSHA 30 Hour Construction training program. Upon completion, students will be eligible to receive a Worker Site-Safety Card.
Required Information to obtain Worker Site-Safety Card
- A copy of your current OSHA/DOL card
- Certificate of completion (not applicable if completed with 360training)
- Identity Verification documents
Our verification process will take 7 business days, but in some cases, the process may take longer as other course providers' reply times vary. 360training will NOT issue a SST card if previous completion(s) cannot be verified and/or if any other documentation requirement is not fulfilled.
8-Hour Fall Prevention - 0.8 CEUs
2-Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness - 0.2 CEUs
You will be issued your SST card after completing all required hours, identity verification, and scoring at least 75% on all quizzes and final exams.

How to Verify a SST Card?
Before issuing a Site Safety Training (SST) Card 360training.com, Inc. verifies all identity and/or prior training documentation to ensure the student has fulfilled all requirements. All cards issued by 360training.com, Inc. contain a QR Code which can be scanned to verify a student’s eligibility.
However, the validity of a SST training card issued by 360training.com, Inc. can also be verified via email. Please send us the below details along with your request and allow us upto 3-5 business days to verify, process and respond.

- Issuance date
- Expiration date
How do I get my SST card?
Your SST card will be issued after completing all required hours. Learners must spend the required time in all courses, and score at least a 75% on all quizzes and final exams. Completion Certificate and/or SST Card will not be issued without a photograph and valid identity.
When Does My Course Expire?
Your course will expire one (1) year after you purchase it (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.
How Quickly Will I Get My Certificate of Completion?
Once you finish your course and pass any required exams, you can print your certificate of completion right away.
What Can I Do If I Lose My Certificate?
If you lose your certificate of completion and need a new one, you can contact customer service at (877) 881-2235 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
What If I Need a Refund for My Training Course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to email@example.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
